You should come from a management consulting, technology or financial services / insurance background and be highly competent in developing and deploying technical solutions. Role AI solution design and development. Designing, building, deploying, and/or managing AI solutions using industry leading approaches across technologies such as Python, Git, SQL, and other relevant technologies. Design and deploy AI solutions to integrate with existing applications. Engage with clients at all levels across both business & technology functions to build long‑term trusted advisor relationships. Deliver solutions to client requirements and provide subject matter expertise. Continuous researching of client inquiries and wider emerging issues, including regulations, industry practices, and new technologies. Requirements Bachelor’s degree, or higher, in Engineering, Technology or related fields. Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in delivery of Data / AI design, build, deployment or management. Proficiency or certification in Microsoft Office tools, as well as relevant technologies such as Python, TensorFlow, Jupiter Notebook, Spark, Azure Cloud, Git, Docker, and/or any other relevant technologies. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to work on complex projects and deliver actionable insights. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the capability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively. Candidates need not be industry specific nor come from a consulting firm but do need to be highly technical with a good understanding of artificial intelligence applications and design. Fluency in English is mandatory. Proficiency in Cantonese and/or is a plus.
