We focus on sustainable tourism, education, research and youth empowerment to work towards our vision of an inclusive, equitable, and sustainable future. Our experiential learning programmes inspire individuals to understand and actively contribute to the United Nations' Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). We empower youths to advocate for sustainability within our communities and beyond, nurturing future sustainability leaders. Description As a Sustainability Programme Executive, you will play a key role in supporting the coordination and delivery of sustainability education programmes that align with our core action areas: place-based experience, public education, policy advocacy, and youth empowerment. The duties of this position include managing projects, leading eco-tours and workshops, and engaging the community, while contributing to V’air’s mission of promoting sustainability literacy and incubating future sustainability leaders. It is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or early-career professionals passionate about sustainability to grow into the field. Job Duties Coordinate and support the implementation of various sustainability education programmes. Collaborate with partners, volunteers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery and maximise social impact. Lead walking tours, workshops, and other experiential learning activities and engage participants on topics such as sustainability issues and challenges, climate action, and low-carbon living. Assist in programme promotion by creating engaging content for social media and newsletters.> Contribute to project evaluation and reporting. Provide support for funding applications and other ad hoc tasks as needed. Requirements Passionate about sustainability and motivated to make a positive impact. Bachelor’s degree or above (preferably in geography, sustainability, environmental studies, or related disciplines). Fresh graduates are welcome. Strong knowledge in human and physical geography, climate change, and sustainable development. Confident and presentable, with the ability to engage diverse audiences effectively. Experience in project coordination, tour guiding, or workshop facilitation is an advantage. Strong communication and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks independently and proactively. Proficiency in Cantonese and English (written and spoken). Proficient in MS Office and Chinese word processing; basic graphic design skills (e.g. Canva, Illustrator) are a plus. Flexibility to work on weekends or evenings for events and tours.
