Principal Accountabilities Organize and implement marketing plans for the group to support related promotional campaigns and achieve business targets Develop and implement online and offline sales events and product promotions to drive traffic and sales Identify and pursue joint promotion opportunities with potential partners to maximize marketing impact and cost efficiency Manage and grow marketing partnerships with key contacts including media, shopping malls, banks, and payment companies Establish, maintain, and grow relationships with key stakeholders Manage the content for both internal communications material and external social media platforms Generate new ideas for marketing activities to optimise customer awareness and engage with potential customers Knowledge, Skills and Experience Degree holder in Marketing, Communications or related discipline At least 5 years of working experience in the sales & marketing of electronics, lifestyle, retail, or related industries Strong exposure in electronics, lifestyle, and home applications industry is highly preferred Familiar with both dynamic online and offline marketing/advertising strategies Able to work in a fast‑paced environment with ability to cope with changes Resourceful, committed and with a lot of initiative Championing Diversity, Equity and Inclusion LUXASIA aspires to build a One Team of talents that reflects the diversity of the communities in our operating markets.
