Assistant Manager (Artiste Management & Business Development) Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including potential clients and strategic partners, to drive growth and expand the company's market presence in the entertainment industry. Artiste Management: Oversee artiste engagements, ensuring seamless communication and coordination with clients; accompany artistes on local and overseas assignments as required. Marketing & PR: Develop and execute comprehensive strategies to promote company offerings, including managing product launches and branding campaigns. Media Relations: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with media outlets; strategically pitch stories and initiatives to enhance artiste visibility and brand reputation. Content Creation: Create, edit, and oversee PR materials and social media content to align with overall branding and promotional goals. Performance Analytics: Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance; provide actionable insights to optimize strategies and drive continuous improvement. Administrative Support: Manage internal systems, maintain accurate records, and handle ad-hoc administrative duties efficiently. Travel Coordination: Arrange travel logistics and provide on-site support for artistes during promotional activities, events, and engagements. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a PR agency, media, or entertainment role, with a strong emphasis on business development and artiste/talent management. Demonstrated expertise in media pitching, social media management, and digital marketing strategies. Proven track record of multitasking, prioritizing effectively, working independently, thriving under pressure, and proactively meeting tight deadlines. Mature, self-motivated professional with outstanding communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills. Fluent in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese (spoken and written). Proficient in MS Office Suite, Adobe Photoshop, and Chinese word processing software.
