Role Summary To manage the Digital Asset Management system, ensuring that both the system and content are continually maintained, providing a world-class service to internal and external users. Responsibilities Transition from current DAMs within Marketing teams and agencies to the DAM. Ensure the successful transition of current assets to the DAM. Ensure existing and new users are trained in the ongoing usage of the DAM, including new image upload and archiving. Successful decommissioning existing DAMs, including an ongoing solution for storage of assets >3 years old. User access and training, including management of briefing materials and internal and external user guidelines. Asset curation – overall management of current images and archive. Issuing assets to external users within agreed service levels, where required. Reporting to stakeholders on asset management and usage. Work with TAG and Business Systems to maintain and develop the technical aspects of the DAM. Ensuring all campaign assets are put into the DAM across all brands. Ensuring all metadata is correct and complete. Managing and maintaining the usage rights of all assets. Requirements Degree or Diploma holder. Experienced in management of digital assets / media content. Proven success in establishing and maintaining excellent working relationships with colleagues and stakeholders. Good influencing skills across functions and levels. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to challenge, influence and communicate at all levels. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Ability to excel in a deadline‑oriented, dynamic and fluid environment that values creativity, ownership, and collaborative teamwork. Demonstrated strong work ethic, level of trust and dedication to delivering quality work. Able to take direction and feedback professionally. Technical mastery of ‘The Bottle’ DAM system. Understanding of Media landscape, strategy and planning. Languages: fluent Cantonese and English are essential.
