Responsibilities Lead the Team of Clubhouse Staff to organize and implement recreation programs and activities for Residents. Conduct in‑house staff training and prepare implementation plans. Handle Resident complaints and take follow‑up action. Analyze usage statistics of all facilities. Conduct daily patrols to ensure services are performed at a high level of performance. Coordinate facility maintenance with the Technical Department. Prepare duty roster and leave arrangements. Monitor and evaluate the performance of assigned contractors. Carry out any other duties assigned by the Clubhouse Manager. Implement the company’s quality, environmental and occupational health and safety standards. Requirements At least 2 years’ experience in a prestige clubhouse, hotel or similar establishment. Good command of spoken and written English. Hands‑on experience with MS Office, Excel and PowerPoint. Shift duty and work on weekends and public holidays is required.
