Responsibilities Assist in the overall day‑to‑day operation of a sizable residential clubhouse Handle enquiries and provide excellent services to customers Duties include counter service, facilities booking and checking, and assisting in organising recreational activities/festive events Perform other duties assigned by the Customer Service Centre Requirements Degree or Diploma or above in Recreation & Sports, Club House Management or Hotel Management preferred At least 4 years’ experience in club, hotel management and customer service preferred Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese is required Independent with good PC skills and knowledge in Chinese word processing Shift duty is required Immediate availability highly preferred Candidate with less experience will be considered as Club Officer / Assistant Club Officer We offer ample opportunities for career development and attractive salary package commensurate with experience and qualifications.
