The ideal candidate should have outstanding sales capabilities and team management experience, be able to inspire the team's potential, and provide excellent service to customers. Responsibilities Develop and implement sales plans to achieve targets. Manage and train the sales team to improve team performance. Establish good relationships with potential customers, understand their needs, and promote memberships. Analyze sales data and put forward improvement suggestions. Monitor market trends and adjust sales strategies. Requirements More than 3 years of chain fitness membership sales experience, with at least 2 years of team management experience. Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Have data analysis capabilities and be able to formulate effective sales strategies. Be passionate about the fitness industry and understand market demand.
