Fubon Life Insurance (Hong Kong) Company Limited Responsibilities Manage a 24x7 network infrastructure environment, ensuring systems are maintained in a secure, stable, and reliable manner to support uninterrupted business operations. Design, deploy, and manage enterprise-level LAN, WAN, VPN, and wireless networks. Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal uptime and efficiency. Oversee network hardware and software including routers, switches, firewalls, and load balancers. Oversee Avaya IP Telephony systems, ensuring reliable voice communication across the organization. Implement and maintain robust network security measures including firewalls, IDS/IPS, and access controls. Fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. Collaborate with IT and business teams to support infrastructure projects and digital transformation initiatives. Maintain comprehensive documentation of network architecture, configurations, policies, and procedures. Plan and secure funding for network upgrades, migrations, and expansions, then execute them from concept to completion with minimal operational disruption. Conduct capacity planning to anticipate future network needs, ensuring scalability and performance as the organization grows. Analyze network usage trends and develop strategies for optimization and redundancy. Manage vendor relationships and evaluate emerging networking technologies for potential adoption. Ensure compliance with industry standards, internal policies, and regulatory requirements. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in network administration or engineering Strong understanding of networking protocols and enterprise network architecture. Hands‑on experience with Cisco, Palo Alto, Bluecoat, Fortigate, or equivalent networking equipment. Experience with F5 load balancers, McAfee IPS/IDS, NAC, FortiProxy appliance, PulseSecure SSL VPN, PABX and Avaya IP Telephony system. Familiarity with cloud networking (AWS, Azure, GCP) and hybrid environments is a plus. Prior experience in the banking or financial services industry is highly preferred. Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills. Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, CompTIA Network+, or equivalent are preferred. Language skills: Strong command of English and Cantonese for professional communication; ability to communicate in Mandarin is a plus.
