Responsibilities Supervise the logistics team to ensure timely and efficient product delivery to our retail stores and e‑Commerce channels. Monitor stocktaking, inventory control and maintain accurate inventory record. Monitor the progress of deliveries schedule, escalated and report problems to the manager timely, troubleshoot and rectify problems. Coordinate regular order fulfilment in collaboration with Merchandising, Operations and e‑Commerce team. Ensure all goods are packed and unpacked according to company standards. Liaise with internal departments regarding merchandise delivery and insurance matters. Handle ad hoc assignments as required. Requirements Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics and inventory management; exposure in eCommerce delivery is an advantage. Experience in jewellery, gold, or luxury goods industry is a strong advantage. Familiar with Customs procedures and Import & Export Declaration regulations. Familiar with ERP systems, transportation carrier operations, and warehouse management. Strong problem‑solving and communication skills; able to work independently and under pressure. Detail‑oriented, mature, self‑motivated, and capable of managing multiple tasks. Excellent command of written and spoken Chinese & English.
