Logistic Officer / Shipping Officer Our client is an interior design and contracting company in Quarry Bay, Hong Kong with its own furniture manufacturing in PRC, and the majority of display and furniture, luxury goods from high-end fashion brands with retail stores. Nowadays, they hope to recruit one logistic officer / Shipping Officer to join their team: Job Responsibilities: Work independently, manage logistics, transportation, and customer services to Hong Kong and overseas Market mainly, Handle full set of I/E & L/C documents and other shipping documents (like invoices, purchase orders, and bills of lading) Liaise with suppliers, manufacturers, and customers for shipment and delivery arrangement Work with factories to ensure on-time delivery to warehouse and compliance, and track shipping schedule & order status Coordinate with local stores on goods and non-merchandise goods delivery/return on schedule and inventory management, etc. Communicate with vendors, 3PL, and freight forwarders for smooth shipment arrangement Tracking orders to ensure timely deliveries and to provide information to customers about the status of their orders. Document filing, reports preparation, KPI update, and tracking Requirements: Diploma or above in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related discipline Minimum 5 years’ relevant working experience with shipping documents Record of successful distribution and logistics management Good communicator with strong problem solving and organizational skills Self-motivated, proactive, responsible, well organized, and able to work independently Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese and Mandarin.
