Those with more experience are also encouraged to apply A positive and open mind to taking up more routine yet challenging tasks A reflective learning attitude to process feedback and ask questions Ethical work practices Good communication skills in spoken and written English and Chinese Proficiency in MS office and/or Google Suite Immediate availability is highly preferred Job Duties HR Administration: Support the full spectrum of recruitment and HR operations services, including prepare documentations/employment contract, reference checks, offer extension, on-boarding logistics etc Payroll Administration: Manage end-to-end payroll processing, including leave administration and payroll calculation etc Support/Prepare reports and documentations related to tax filing, MPF contributions etc Nurturing Int’l Culture & Promising Career Job Duties Report to Regional Head of HR Tasked with the mission to support APAC expansion across front to back office by collaborating with HRBP & line of businesses Accountable for accessing/independently interviewing experienced candidates (analyst to VP levels);
