With their long-term expansion plans in regional markets, they are seeking for a dynamic and strategic Regional Sales Head to develop the Southeast Asia market. About The Role Reporting directly to the Managing Director and leading the Trading, Procurement, and Manufacturing teams You will be the commercial engine of the business, fully accountable for delivering sustainable, profitable growth across all B2B channels in Hong Kong. You will own the Hong Kong P&L, lead high-stakes customer negotiations and competitive tender processes for major accounts, and sales strategies, pricing, and category strategy. With sharp commercial acumen and a keen eye for market trends, you will provide actionable insights to R&D and manufacturing teams to steer new product development, proactively identify new business opportunities, and forge strategic partnerships. Above all, you will craft and execute a robust annual commercial plan that drives ambitious revenue targets, margin expansion, and market-share gains. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field Minimum 15+ years of B2B trading experience; with FMCG experience being highly advantageous Strong commercial acumen with existing relationships with Hong Kong key B2B commercial sector clients Demonstrated success in P&L management and delivering consistent double-digit growth Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage cross‑functional teams. Fluency in English and Chinese is a pre‑requisite.
