My client is hiring different Sourcing Merchandiser to handle Small Domestic Appliance items and etc. Job Duties Identify and evaluate potential suppliers for Small Domestic Appliance. Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with suppliers to ensure competitive terms. Collaborate with design and product development teams to create and refine product specifications. Oversee the development process from concept to production, ensuring adherence to quality standards. Conduct cost analyses to determine product pricing and profitability. Provide input on merchandising strategies based on market research and supplier capabilities. Maintain accurate records of supplier agreements, product specifications, and pricing. Prepare regular reports on sourcing performance and product development status. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Merchandising, or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in sourcing or merchandising, preferably within the hardgoods category. Proven track record in supplier negotiation and product development. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
