The ideal candidate should be independent, organized with a keen eye for detail. Key Responsibilities: Point of Contact – Point of contact for our institutional clients and intra‑dept. functions, facilitation information flow and ensure timely resolution Customer Service Excellence – Deliver exceptional, client‑focused support through phone, chat and email, resolving inquiries with efficiency, professionalism and clarity to promote client satisfaction Coordination – Act as a liaison between front‑office and back‑office to resolve issues ranging from confirming a deposit to mediating trade related disputes Relationship management – Cultivate and sustain familiar relationship with high‑touch institutional clients through personalized communication and consistent follow‑up, fostering rapport and client loyalty. KPI Reporting – Perform routine and ad‑hoc reporting needs on various KPIs Compliance and Governance – Maintain a thorough understanding of regulatory requirements, internal policies and procedures, ensuring a strict adherence across all facets of day‑to‑day activities Skills, experience and qualifications: 1 to 3 years experience in a similar or client service role Bachelor’s or equivalent in any discipline, proficiency in English is required Support/Operations experience with MT4/MT5, margin FX, CFDs. Knowledge of PB, Spot, PoP, Give‑Up, agency a strong plus, but not necessary Strong operations and support track record with a demonstrable ability to liaise with clients Rudimentary Excel, where on must be able to navigate, mauver and manipulate data within Excel Personal Attributes: Self‑motivated, independent, proactive and organized Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment Flexible with hours for potential coverage needs Candidate is able for occasional traveling for training We offer an exciting career opportunity and competitive remuneration to the successful candidate.
