Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Financial Planning Consultant/Manager, based in Hong Kong SAR with flexibility for partial work-from-home arrangements. The role involves providing expert financial advice, including retirement and investment planning, to clients, developing tailored financial strategies, and offering guidance on wealth management. The consultant/manager will collaborate with clients to understand their financial objectives and ensure they achieve their financial goals through strategic advice and planning. Qualifications Proficiency in Financial Planning, Retirement Planning, and identifying client needs in these areas Strong understanding of Investments and knowledge of financial markets and portfolio management Experience in Finance and providing Financial Services tailored to various customer segments Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust-based client relationships Ability to work in a hybrid environment, with some requirements for in-office collaboration Relevant certifications (e.g., CFP, CFA) and prior experience in the insurance or financial services sector are considered a plus Completion of Paper 1 and Paper 3 is a mandatory requirement.
