Overview Join Hang Seng Bank to build relationships with high-net-worth clients and contribute to the bank's profitability. Responsibilities Develop and manage a portfolio of ultra HNW private banking customers. Provide investment advice and deliver premium service to customers, executing their orders. Perform investment portfolio analysis, monitor performance and make necessary recommendations for portfolio re-allocation. Manage credit quality and monitor the exposure of customers’ loan portfolios. Work with internal departments to solicit business referrals. Qualifications University degree in a related discipline or relevant qualifications such as CFP or CFA. Passes in HKSI and IIQE licensing examinations. Proven banking experience with good knowledge of investment products. Strong sales orientation and ability to work under pressure. Effective communication skills, embrace change and overcome challenges. Desire to learn and ability to work in an Agile environment. Good communication, interpersonal, analytical and relationship management skills. Proficiency in written English and Chinese; fluency in Putonghua and other dialects an advantage. High level of customer centricity mindset with dedication to deliver exceptional quality services. Professional qualifications such as ECF or Certified Banker (CB) under HKIB are an advantage. Additional Information Candidates with less experience will be considered as Relationship Manager.
