Head of Non-Financial Risk – FundPark FundPark is a fintech platform specialising in financing solutions for e‑Commerce SME businesses. About the Role The Head of Non‑Financial Risk will lead the design, implementation, and continuous monitoring of FundPark’s non‑financial risk framework, building a robust control environment that mitigates operational, technology, and reputational risks across the organization. What you do Establish and maintain a comprehensive Non‑Financial Risk Management Framework aligned with FundPark’s strategic objectives and regulatory requirements. Define risk appetite and tolerance for operational, digital & data, technology, and third‑party risks. Design and implement internal control structures across all business units. Develop policies and procedures for risk identification, assessment, mitigation, and escalation. Ensure alignment with Business Continuity Policy, AML/CFT Policy, and Credit & Collection Policy for holistic risk coverage. Process & Testing Build standardized processes for control testing, monitoring, and reporting. Implement automated workflows and data‑driven monitoring tools to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Conduct periodic risk assessments and scenario testing, including stress tests for operational resilience. Incident & Crisis Management Develop and maintain crisis management and business continuity plans. Coordinate response to operational incidents, ensuring timely remediation and lessons learned integration. Stakeholder Engagement Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on non‑financial risk matters. Collaborate with Sales, Legal, Compliance, Technology, and Operations teams to embed risk culture and awareness. Lead training programs for staff on risk management and control practices. What you need to have Minimum 10 years of experience in risk management, preferably in FinTech, eCommerce or Financial Services. Strong knowledge of operational risk, compliance frameworks, and regulatory requirements. Proven ability to design and implement control environments and testing methodologies. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to adapt to a fast‑paced and dynamic work environment. Strategic thinking with attention to detail. Ability to influence and drive change across diverse teams. Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities. High integrity and commitment to ethical standards.
