Company Overview Clarity Medical Group is a leading private healthcare provider specializing in ophthalmology in Hong Kong, offering comprehensive and one‑stop eye healthcare services across four service points. Responsibilities Handle customer enquiries and bookings via phone, WhatsApp and Live Chat in a professional and timely manner. Ensure accurate data entry in the electronic health record and maintain patient privacy and security. Introduce and educate customers on clinic services and products. Monitor service analytics and recommend actionable improvements to enhance customer satisfaction. Prepare reports and perform data analysis for management review. Plan and suggest strategy to deal with complicated and complaint cases. Supervise and mentor the customer service team to ensure high standards of support and efficient daily operations. Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer care processes and knowledge base. Complete other tasks assigned by supervisors on time and with quality. Shift duty including weekends with compensated leave (no night shift required). Perform ad hoc projects as required. Qualifications High Diploma/Associate Degree or above. At least 5 years of experience in call centre, hospitality or customer service; solid Service Center management experience highly preferred. Customer‑oriented with strong communication skills and telephone skills. Problem‑solving skills and independent working ability; able to build from scratch and formulate tasks end to end. Positive mentality, resilient, open‑minded with good team spirit. Native Cantonese, good command of English and Mandarin, both spoken and written. Strong PC skills – Excel, Word, Chinese/English typing preferred. Immediate availability highly preferred. Shift Information Workday shifts with weekends included; compensated leave provided.
