China State Construction Engineering (Hong Kong) Limited (“the Company” or “China State Hong Kong”) started its construction business in Hong Kong in 1979. The Company engages in building construction and civil engineering works. China State Hong Kong is among the largest construction contractors in Hong Kong, and is approved by the Works Bureau, to be on the List of Approved Contractors (Group C) for Public Works in the five major categories of building and civil engineering works, namely, “Buildings”, “Port Works”, “Roads and Drainage”, “Site Formation” and “Waterworks”. Responsibilities Responsible for checking and monitoring attendance and wages payment record of workers. Receive and record complaints from workers and provide assistance to them on wages payment and other employment issue. Provide support in coordination and HR tasks. Need to station on site's office. Requirements Level 2 or above in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSE) or Grade “E” in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE) including Chinese Language and English Language, or equivalent; 2 years of full-time working experience on personnel management or human resources related duties; Experience in construction industry is a MUST; Good knowledge and experience of the operation and practices of the construction industry is preferable; Well versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and relevant labour legislation; Good command of both oral and written English and Chinese; Hands on experience in using MS office applications and Chinese word processing.
