Commercial Director - Key Account Management (Supply Chain / Logistics) Position: Head of Commercial / Director (Key Account Management) Salary: $180k - $200k per month Benefits: 5 days job, WFH, Double Pay, Flexi hours, Discretionary Bonus Requirements: Degree holder or above, Major in Logistics, Distribution, Management or Supply Chain At least 10 years experience in Supply Chain, Logistics or Transportation with Key Account Management Strong focus on international NVOCC sales, including deep knowledge of global trade lanes, freight pricing strategies Experience in Food Supplies / Food Services Understanding of Freight Forwarding, Warehousing & Key Account Management Expertise in managing and growing sales in international shipping, marine freight operations, pricing strategies, customer relationship management Structure complex supply chain solutions and service agreements with clients Experience living and working in Asia, understanding of Asian cultures Entrepreneurial mindset and leadership skills Established industry network and in-depth knowledge of industry terms and competitors Ability to influence and manage internal and external stakeholders at all levels Knowledge of CRM principles and successful CRM tool deployment Success in securing new business opportunities and large-scale contracts Skills in talent development, team motivation, cross-functional collaboration Responsibilities: Lead and drive development of business opportunities in target markets Drive commercial excellence by spearheading efforts to identify and secure new business opportunities, strengthen customer relationships and enhance account management strategies Lead team to conduct market research, analysis and create detailed business plans on commercial opportunities Define and execute tactical plans to ensure sustainable growth and value Develop strong partnership with existing and new customers Build sustainable pipeline through identification, qualification, pursuit, bid, proposal, and closure of new business opportunities; apply systematic ROI and profitability review of each new and existing account on a regular basis Be trusted and inspiring advisor to customers, providing market insights, understanding customers business, recommending solutions with inputs from cross functional teams Lead quality customer service standards, resolve problems, identify trends and implement change through digitalization/automation to ensure positive customer experience; drive data-driven culture at all levels to provide meaningful insights, data and reports to customers Partner with Global Marketing team to design and execute regional/local marketing campaigns to build brand awareness and go-to-market plans Collaborate with cross teams (operations, procurement, finance) to ensure solid organization support to provide high quality customer experience; work with Operations to ensure smooth processes, IT for digitalization, Finance to oversee proper business/financial analysis Provide leadership to direct and indirect team members; drive performance-based culture, promote high levels of initiative and motivation, and ensure team is adequately resourced and trained to optimally carry out their roles Engage and partner stakeholders (Global functions, Regional business DC Leads etc.) internally to ensure longer term vision on value proposition, customer care and services Apply: Send full resume in MS WORD format, stating expected salary by clicking "Apply Now" #J-18808-Ljbffr
