As a Technical Account Manager at Broadridge, you will serve as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert on our front‑office solutions, acting as the key liaison between our clients and internal teams such as Product Management, Account Management, and Client Support. This client‑facing role involves developing deep partnerships, building a strong understanding of client needs, and advocating for their success within our organization. This is a hybrid position, blending in‑office collaboration at your assigned Broadridge office with the flexibility of working from home. Responsibilities Serve as the primary technical advisor for strategic clients, acting as a subject matter expert and ensuring they gain maximum value from Broadridge’s front‑office solutions. Engage with clients in a consultative manner to gather business requirements, propose tailored solutions, and translate those needs into clear technical documentation. Perform hands‑on system configuration, customizing workflows, parameters, and platform features to align solutions with client requirements and accelerate adoption. Act as the main escalation point for complex technical challenges, managing client communication, coordinating resolution efforts, and leading post‑incident reviews to implement preventative improvements. Oversee project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, providing transparent milestone updates and proactively addressing risks or potential roadblocks. Deliver training sessions on system functionality for client users, while facilitating user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure smooth deployment and alignment with client expectations. Monitor overall client account health and satisfaction, proactively identifying and addressing risks while sharing feedback with internal teams to influence product and service enhancements. Collaborate closely with Product Management, Account Management, Client Support, and Engineering teams to ensure successful delivery and drive continuous process improvement. Build and maintain strong client relationships by fostering trust through proactive engagement, clear communication, and impactful presentations. Your Profile Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Information Technology, or related field. 5‑7 years of experience in software implementation, project management, account management, or a related role, preferably in the investment management or financial services industry. Familiarity with investment management concepts, including portfolio management, trading, accounting, and reporting. Experience working with traditional buy‑side institutions (e.g., hedge funds, asset managers, etc.). Familiarity with equity, fixed income, and/or derivative markets. Strong technical skills, including knowledge of database structures, data integration, and APIs. Proficiency in tools like SQL, Excel, and workflow visualization software (e.g., Visio). Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client‑facing skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast Preferred Qualifications Experience working with investment management software (e.g., Charles River, Eze, or other similar platforms). Project management certification (e.g., PMP, ScrumMaster) is a plus. Knowledge of financial regulations and reporting standards.
