Business Analyst

Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs, objectives, and challenges. Lead requirements gathering, analyze business processes, and prepare user requirement specifications. Collaborate with project managers to define project scope, objectives and deliverables that meet business needs and address business challenges. Assist in project planning, estimation, and resource allocation. Manage requirements throughout project life cycles and prioritize initiatives based on business needs and requirements. Create and maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including business requirements, process flows, use cases, and user stories throughout the project lifecycle. Communicate with vendors, users, and other stakeholders to schedule meetings, present findings, recommendations, and project updates. Participate in system testing, user acceptance testing, and validation of implemented solutions. Prepare business proposal and presentation materials for senior management and stakeholders. Handle other ad‑hoc duties and projects as required. Please send your application and expected salary to Human Resources Department. Requirements Higher Diploma or above in any discipline Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field is an advantage At least 2–3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a related role (less experience will be considered as Assistant Business Analyst) Project management and change management experience is highly preferred Demonstrate a solid business acumen Detail‑minded, strong sense of responsibility Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work Excellent written and verbal communication skills Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills Application Questions Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in Hong Kong?
