To learn more about us, visit Responsibilities Assist in implementing and maintaining ISO 14001 (Environmental Management) and ISO 45001 (Occupational Health & Safety) systems Plan and conduct internal audits, inspections, and follow‑up actions to ensure compliance Coordinate with internal and external parties for ISO certification Review and maintain document control policies, processes, and procedures aligned with international standards Support internal audit programs, risk assessments, and technical reviews Prepare regulatory reports and compliance documentation accurately and on time Participate in quality improvement initiatives and cross‑functional projects Requirements Bachelor Degree or above in Business Administration, Quality Management, Environmental Management/Science, Operations management, or related discipline 3–5 years in quality assurance, compliance, or audit roles (experience with ISO standards preferred) Exposure to ISO 14001 / ISO 45001 implementation and internal auditing Knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and document control principles ISO Internal Auditor or Lead Auditor training (ISO 14001 / ISO 45001) is a plus Familiarity with risk‑based auditing and regulatory compliance frameworks Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills Self‑starter, detail‑oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills Proficiency in MS Office and document management systems Commitment to continuous improvement and compliance excellence Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese In addition to a competitive remuneration package and exciting opportunities for career development within the Group, we offer a range of attractive employee benefits including free company shuttle, free company SIM card, staff discounts and exclusive SIM plan offers, comprehensive medical & insurance coverage, and a wide array of employee well‑being provisions.
