Quality Assurance Officer

As a Quality Assurance Officer, you will assure the highest standards of product quality and food safety on our own brand products. You will also support daily quality control of the Food Processing Centre including maintaining HACCP systems, on‑site staff training, coordinating audits, and driving compliance with food safety standards. Typical Day in this Role Participate in product standardisation and quality control on own brand products. Maintain the HACCP system of the Food Processing Centre including documentation maintenance of product and raw material information, on‑site staff training, and preparation for the annual audit. Coordinate with the production team and trading team on own brand product development. Involve supplier audits with auditors. Prepare regular project status reports for management review. This job a good fit for you if You are a Detailer – you dig into the details, excel at minimizing risk and follow up rigorously. You are an Evaluator – you love to assess the practicality of a proposal and look at the facts. Success will depend on Bachelor’s Degree or above in Food Science or related discipline. Minimum 2 years of quality assurance / quality control / product development experience in the food industry. Familiarity with HACCP, ISO 22000, FSSC22000 or related food‑safety management systems; related certificates or working experience is an advantage. Candidates with advanced understanding and knowledge of product formulations, manufacturing, packaging and testing applications, with a basic knowledge of applicable regulations are highly preferable. Excellent team player with good communication, interpersonal and networking skills. Able to work under tight timelines and pressure. Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese. Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Quality Assurance Officer.
