Assistant Vice President, Marketing (High Net Worth Segment) Drive the development of the Bank’s HNW segment strategy and implement action plans to achieve business objectives, including customer intakes, portfolio AUM and revenue target. Develop, design and manage program launch to tie in with business focus, target segments and market demand where profitable opportunities are identified. Liaise with internal and external partners to ensure timely and seamless implementation. Lead strategic initiatives to expand the HNW customer base by cultivating and exploring new partnerships to enrich the customer engagement and loyalty. Design end-to-end customer journey across multi-channels / touch points for enhanced customer experience and stickiness. Collaborate with different stakeholders (e.g., Business units, Channels and Operations, etc.) to ensure effective execution of segment management initiatives to grow customer base and foster penetration. Ensure initiatives are being implemented seamlessly, executed on schedule, and compliant to all related regulations and internal policies & guidelines. Initiate customer events and loyalty programs to deepen customer relationship while minimizing attrition. Formulate the sales and services model to support business architecture development within the assigned advertising and promotion budget. Monitor HNW segment service quality and communicate with internal partners to ensure a high standard of service delivery. Marketing Campaign, project management to execution Articulate product and service offerings, key benefits and messages Work with internal and external agencies to identify client success stories and create appropriate case studies and collateral Create compelling marketing campaigns using strategies and to showcase our abilities to produce results Create content for corporate marketing collateral, website/blog/social media, and other initiatives Create effective, compelling positioning, messaging, and sales tools that are understood and used Organize impactful customer event and activities for the UHNW customer, ensure a seamless proposition continuum for prospects. Stays abreast of market trends to drive topics for client webinar and whitepaper strategies Project management Responsible for all aspects of projects, including: meeting deadlines, time management, contingency planning, approval channels and procedures, budgeting, campaign analysis, and tracking / monitoring procedures Establish and articulate project scope, strategy and objectives to internal clients, production team and key leadership Manage creative production of online and offline marketing assets, graphic design, video production and web development, from the initial concept to finished product and execution Understand the market trends, products and services offering and approach of key competitors Internal reporting and other duties as assigned Support frontline and adhere to anti-money laundering and counter terrorist financing controls in accordance with regulatory standards and CNCBI policies. Requirements University degree in business studies, preferably in finance, marketing or related discipline Minimum of 6 years' experience in segment proposition, customer management, or product marketing gained in retail banking industry. Good business acumen with sound knowledge of banking and financial products. Ability to keep abreast of changes in markets, customer needs and competitors. Ability to analyze data and informative both qualitative and quantitative in a rational manner.
