Join to apply for the Flight Coordinator role at EF Job Description Are you the one we are looking for as a Flight Coordinator in our global team? You will be part of a passionate and fast-paced travel team in our centrally located office in Hong Kong. We are EF’s in-house travel department for our own Language Abroad sales offices globally. You will be responsible for producing cost‑effective safe flight solutions for our students. We start your journey by taking care of our Asian students traveling on language programs to our schools throughout the world, but since we are a global company, your responsibilities will grow to a global level. Responsibilities Provide timely and efficient support/communication for our Sales offices Provide excellent services for flight reservations and ticketing through Amadeus Significant product & service knowledge with hands‑on reservation and ticketing skills Obsess about cost‑effective transport solutions and work towards budget and quality targets Work closely with all our teams to provide best options for our extremely important students Understand the importance of strong relationships with airlines when handling any issues or exceptions Qualifications & Experiences A degree in tourism, hospitality, or related disciplines is preferred To have minimum 2 years of work experience within either travel/tourism industry, transport/logistics, or operations is a plus Excellent written and spoken skills in English is key.
