Senior Associate, Financing

We are looking for a high-caliber talent to support the financing team with technical and analytical responsibilities across loan administration, financial analysis, and market benchmarking. This position will provide technical, analytical, and operational support across the full lifecycle of corporate and asset-backed financing transactions. Duties and Responsibilities Loan Administration & Execution Assist in business development in financing activities Administer end-to-end loan operations including drawdowns, prepayments, interest payments, and covenant reporting Maintain accurate and auditable records of loan balances, amortization schedules, and documentation archives Provide transaction support during deal closings, including documentation review, funding mechanics, and post-closing compliance setup Analyse drawdown plans for significant financial transactions, such as aircraft purchases, including justification, bank balance checks, amount needed, and proposed dates Financial Analysis & Risk Management Perform in-depth financial ratio analysis and monitor compliance with financial covenants and reporting obligations Develop and maintain dynamic cashflow models to support liquidity planning, asset-liability matching, and interest rate exposure management Manage interest rate risk and provide related analysis Stakeholder Engagement & External Coordination Coordinate with rating agencies and manage related documentation, supporting credit discussions and operational updates Participate in meetings with banks and rating agencies Analyze market peers and evolving loan structures, pricing trends, and covenant packages to inform structuring strategy Qualifications and Requirements Bachelor's degree or higher. Minimum 3 years of proven experience in loan, finance, accounting, treasury, or a similar role. Technical foundation in financial modeling, credit analysis, and loan documentation is a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with experience in financial modeling considered advantageous. Fluency in English and Chinese is required. Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
