In this leadership role, you will shape and execute our brand strategy, driving our Brand Transformation Initiative and elevating our presence in the skincare market. What You Will Deliver Lead the overall brand strategy and direction to drive sustainable growth and achieve business objectives. Champion the Brand Transformation Initiative— review strategic frameworks, identify growth opportunities, and guide the team through brand evolution. Work closely with top management to ensure brand direction and major initiatives align with corporate strategy and long‑term vision. Bring fresh perspectives and innovative ideas to elevate brand positioning, drive change, and inspire continuous improvement. Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies, including communication, activation, and sales roadmaps, to strengthen brand equity and performance. Conduct regular analysis of campaign results, consumer insights, and market dynamics to refine brand strategy and execution. Oversee category management, distribution planning, forecasting, and inventory optimization to ensure strong business fundamentals. Collaborate cross‑functionally with internal teams to drive brand growth, ensure seamless execution, and deliver operational excellence. Build and maintain strong partnerships with retailers and key accounts through innovative trade marketing and collaborative initiatives. Who You Are Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related discipline. Minimum 6 years of brand management experience, preferably in the skincare / beauty sector. A strategic, forward‑looking brand leader with strong business vision and the ability to set clear brand direction. Experience in brand transformation / revamp or leading major brand change initiatives will be a strong advantage. Multi‑brand handling experience and exposure to both B2B and B2C models will be a strong advantage. Strong project management and analytical skills, with solid business and numerical sense. Creative, agile and confident in driving change, championing new ideas and new ways of working.
