Key Responsibilities:- Supervising the scheduling, controlling and adjustment of Crew Member roster to comply with the legal, regulatory (CAD371 and CAD360), IOSA standards, and company requirements;
- Ensuring availability of Crew Members for operational needs during day-to-day operations;
- Acting as the responsible person for the assigned shift;
- Supervising the shift in Crew Operations to run in accordance with the agreed standards;
- Proactively supporting IOCC for crew deployment solutions and participating in the IOCC decision-making process;
- Supervising Crew movements and adjusting crew duties to meet operational needs in a legal, efficient, and cost-effective manner;
- Handling Crew Member inquiries on rostering issues;
- Supporting and coaching staff members in all aspects of handling daily functions of Crew Operations;
- Implementing guidelines, work procedures, or directives from Crew Control Manager / Assistant Manager in Crew Operations during daily operations;
- Proactively supporting Crew operations staff in daily operations and liaising with IOCC;
- Providing solutions for any rostering issues referred by the Assistant Supervisor / Officer Crew Control on shift duty;
- Assisting with crisis coordination and participating in the crisis recovery process;
- Providing feedback to Crew Control Manager / Assistant Manager regarding continuous improvement in Crew Operations daily operations;
- Ensuring compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, standards, and company requirements to ensure the safety and security of the operation;
- Identifying and reporting safety and security hazards and occurrences as per company’s reporting procedures.
- HKCEE/DSE or equivalent;
- 2 years of experience in Airline Crewing aspects is preferable;
- Proficiency in verbal communication in Cantonese, English, and Putonghua;
- Well-versed in HKCAD CAD371, CAD360, and IOSA standards as well as Crew Control and flight disruption handling;
- Knowledge of MS Office;
- Capable of handling conflict and settling arguments in a reasonable manner;
- Candidates with less experience will be considered for Officer, Crew Control.
