Handle all regulatory related matters of assigned portfolio/markets, including but not limited to pharmaceutical products, medical devices, consumer goods and health foods, as well as related marketing activities in Hong Kong and Macau. Monitor regulatory updates and provide regulatory support to internal and external parties. Coordinate prompt registration of new pharmaceutical products, variation application, product renewal and product release. Review technical documents and prepare administrative documents required for submission to the Hong Kong Department of Health and Hospital Authority. Maintain all archives and product databases are accurate, up-to-date and retrievable. Liaise closely with internal and external parties to deliver regulatory affairs milestones in a timely manner. Ensure clear and timely communication to keep product launch timelines on track. Support any ad-hoc tasks of regulatory affairs, medical affairs and company projects as assigned by Regulatory Affairs Manager. Qualifications and Experience Degree holder in Pharmacy; Exposure to regulatory environment is preferred; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with people of different levels and cultures; Able to work independently with good organization skills, highly self-motivated and detail oriented; Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
