Assistant Training Manager - Global Beauty Brand Add expected salary to your profile for insights As an Assistant Training Manager, you will play a pivotal role in designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs that enhance product knowledge, service excellence, and sales performance. You will work closely with frontline teams, store leadership, and the regional office to ensure that every Beauty Advisor embodies the brand’s client experience standards and service culture. You will also take a leadership role in make-up and skincare training, develop effective learning initiatives for new joiners, and support ongoing coaching to elevate performance across key markets. Key Responsibilities Training Design & Delivery Plan, design, and deliver engaging product and skills training programs to meet business needs. Manage onboarding and development programs for new hires to ensure smooth integration. Lead makeup training sessions that enhance selling techniques and reinforce the brand’s storytelling. Evaluate training effectiveness and adapt strategies for continuous improvement. Field Coaching & Performance Monitoring Conduct regular on-site coaching to ensure standards and brand service flow are implemented consistently. Assess BC performance and identify training or coaching needs to drive sales growth. Collaborate with the Sales and Retail teams on service standards, grooming, and performance improvement plans. Training Logistics & Administration Support the training department in managing uniform orders, logistics, and training materials. Liaise with regional and global teams to ensure smooth execution of e-learning platforms and digital tools. Assist with translation, communication content, and backend coordination to support training initiatives. Brand Representation & Engagement Act as an internal ambassador for training excellence and employee engagement. Represent the brand at internal or external workshops, events, and training seminars. Support the Customer Service Team when needed to uphold service quality. About You Experience & Skills Minimum 2–3 years of training experience, ideally within the skincare or cosmetics industry. Previous exposure in retail operations or hospitality is a strong advantage. Fresh graduates with strong communication and facilitation skills may also be considered. Technical & Competency Requirements Good knowledge of skincare and/or makeup products preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Chinese word processing. Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage and motivate learners. Excellent organizational abilities and a genuine passion for education and customer experience.
