E-Commerce Executive

Responsibilities Manage and maintain product listings, pricing, descriptions, and images on Shopify. Collaborate with the Production and PR teams to ensure accurate product data and availability. Monitor site performance and ensure a seamless customer journey from browsing to checkout. Coordinate with external vendors to troubleshoot issues and implement improvements. Stay up to date on e-commerce trends and share insights to enhance user experience and conversion. Set up POS system and related hardware for event-based sales as required. Work closely with the PR team to align e-commerce initiatives with EDM segmentation, SEO and social media initiatives. Implement promotions, campaigns, and landing pages to support product launches and marketing efforts. Track and report on key performance metrics such as traffic, registrations, and conversion rates. Use Salesforce Service Cloud to monitor, analyze, and optimize performance. Develop reports and dashboards to communicate e-commerce insights and ROI to management. Recommend and execute data-driven optimization strategies. Handle customer enquiries and provide timely, professional responses to ensure satisfactory pre- and after-sale service. Work with the Production team to resolve product-related issues. Coordinate with the Warehouse team on logistics arrangements. Manage integrations across communication channels to streamline customer service operations. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business, E-Commerce, Data Analytics, or a related field. 2+ years of hands‑on e-commerce experience. Experience with Shopify and Salesforce is an advantage. Proficiency in managing Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms. Experience with SEO, Google Analytics, Salesforce, and marketing automation tools. Strong organizational and analytical skills with high attention to detail. Ability to work effectively with cross‑functional teams, including marketing, sales, and technical teams. Familiarity with CRM (Salesforce) and e-commerce system integrations. Knowledge of HTML/CSS, Shopify Liquid, and website UX/UI is an advantage.
