Training and Customer Experience Officer Understand customer’s needs and handle all kinds of customer’s enquiries and complaints via various channels in a tactful manner. Liaison with internal departments to handle customer problems and requests to ensure customer satisfaction. Assist the Training and Customer Experience Manager in planning, organizing, and implementing training programs to align with company objectives. Facilitate and deliver training on products, ensuring participants have a comprehensive understanding of product features. Conduct store visits to collaborate with store management to align training initiatives with business goals. Prepare training materials and documents to enhance the learning experience. Maintain and conduct administrative work and customer services support to ensure smooth operations and achieve satisfactory ratings by meeting all control and service requirements. Regular retail store visits are required, and participation in expo events, including but not limited to BPE events. Handle adhoc tasks assigned. Qualifications Minimum 2 years of customer service or call center experience; experience in retail or FMCG industry is an advantage. Higher diploma or above, preferably in Business Administration, Training and Development, Hospitality Management or related disciplines. Good command of English, Cantonese, and preferably Mandarin. Good coordination, communication and interpersonal skills. Proactive, customer and result‑oriented, self‑motivated and able to work under pressure in a dynamic environment.
