Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards. Collaborate with other departments to align manufacturing objectives with organisational goals. Analyse production data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions. Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively to meet production targets. Maintain relationships with key stakeholders and suppliers to support manufacturing operations. The Successful Applicant A successful VP of Manufacturing should have: A strong educational background in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field in electronics manufacturing industries Proven good management skills within the retail or manufacturing industry. Extensive experience in overseeing large-scale production operations. Knowledge of quality control, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
