Brand Management Director - Ecommerce (Taiwan) Our client is a top ecommerce business looking for a Brand Management Director to join their growing business. This role will take on the full P&L responsibility and drive the category growth and performance. The role requires relocation to Taiwan. Description As a Brand Management Director, your main responsibilities will include: Developing and executing category strategies to achieve business goals. Analyzing data to build product assortment strategies and find growth opportunities. Drive pricing strategies to ensure revenue goals are being achieved. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Monitoring category performance and implementing improvements to drive sales and profitability. Lead and coach a team and build a strong collaborative culture. Providing insights and recommendations to senior management. Profile The Successful Applicant should have: At least 15 years of experience within ecommerce, FMCG or retail industry with strong brand management and category management experience. A proven leader with a strong track record in driving P&L. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a team. Exceptional analytical, problem‑solving, communication and negotiation abilities. Fluency in Mandarin and English is a must. Able to relocate to Taiwan.
