Responsibilities Design and develop advanced bioinformatics pipelines for sequence optimization, including codon optimization and protein engineering applications. Lead computational epitope prediction and immunogenicity assessment to support vaccine and therapeutic antibody development projects. Collaborate with experimental teams to design studies and perform comprehensive data analysis for research projects, ensuring alignment between computational predictions and experimental outcomes. Partner closely with cross‑functional R&D teams to identify opportunities where bioinformatics solutions can accelerate research objectives and provide strategic technical support. Apply protein engineering principles to guide rational design of biologics, including stability enhancement, affinity maturation, and developability optimization. Oversee the management, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the company's bioinformatics databases and computational platforms. Provide expert bioinformatics consultation and technical support to internal teams and external collaborators, facilitating knowledge transfer and best practices. Drive cutting‑edge bioinformatics research and translate findings into practical applications that advance the company's therapeutic pipeline. Ensure the highest standards of quality, reproducibility, and accuracy in all computational analyses through rigorous validation and documentation. Develop and implement machine learning approaches for epitope prediction, protein‑protein interaction modeling, and structure‑based drug design. Requirements Advanced degree (PhD preferred, MS minimum) in Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, or related field. Demonstrated expertise in protein engineering, structural biology, and molecular modeling. Strong background in immunoinformatics, particularly B‑cell and T‑cell epitope prediction algorithms. Proficiency in computational tools for protein design and optimization. Programming skills in Python, R, or similar languages for bioinformatics applications.
