B2B BD & Partnership Manager – AI Technology Startup (30k – 50k +bonus) The client is an AI Technology Company where they are currently looking for a B2B BD Manager – AI Technology Startup (30k – 50k +bonus) to join their business in HK. Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end business development for large-scale AI model projects targeting major enterprises in Hong Kong, including market analysis, client acquisition, project initiation, implementation, commercial partnerships, compliance assurance, and delivery acceptance. Identify & develop new opportunities. Drive user growth and gather demand feedback for consumer-facing large model products in the Hong Kong market. Foster ecosystem development through strategic engagement and communication with key partners. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related STEM fields. Entrepreneurial mindset / Business acumen with strong self-motivation, resilience, and adaptability to dynamic environments. Minimum 5 years of professional B2B Business Development / Sales experience, preferably in AI, IT, or technology solutions. Proven track record in successful enterprise-level business development skills. Familiar with HK Market landscape and business practice.
