Requirements
任职要求:
- 本科及以上学历,计算机科学相关专业。
- 8年以上技术工作经验,至少4年以上衍生品交易系统或金融科技行业相关经验。
- 精通Java微服务技术栈。
- 熟练使用各类存储/消息中间件,关系型数据库和NoSQL数据库。
- 熟悉衍生品交易(杠杆、期货、期权等)的业务逻辑。
- 优秀的团队管理能力,能够带领技术团队完成复杂的系统开发和优化。
- 熟悉高频交易、大数据处理、实时分析等领域的技术。
加分项:
- 有区块链、CEX、DeFi等领域的相关经验。
- 有加密货币衍生品交易系统的开发经验。
- 拥有金融或科技行业相关领域的高级认证,如CFA、FRM等。
