Laundry & Uniform Supervisor

Responsibilities Oversee the running of daily operations of Laundry, Uniform and Linen. Control the standards of Linen and Uniform. Supervise the laundry plants in hotel, guest laundry and house laundry for all Langham Hotels in Hong Kong. Responsible for the inventory of linen and uniform, conduct the stock take procedures, and produce results to rooms and F&B. Monitor the monthly budget and advise the Executive Housekeeper on the unaccounted losses. Responsible for annual budget preparation for uniform and linen (rooms linens and F&B linens) and make recommendations on any linen/ uniform changes. Qualifications At least 3 years working in Hotel Industry or similar capacity. Good knowledge of laundry operation as well as equipment / machinery. Mature and able to use his or her initiative all the time for all occasions. Independent and flexible, able to work under pressure. Good command of spoken & written English & Mandarin. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint). Candidate with more experience will be considered as Assistant Manager - Laundry & Uniform.
