Manager - Golf Operations (5 days work)

Responsibilities Oversee all member‑related activities, including golf tournament events and daily club operations. Manage the Pro‑shop/reception counter, tee‑time bookings and caddy master operations. Coordinate course marshals and cooperate with golf course maintenance teams. Maintain court safety, handle complaints and manage all aspects of the club’s golf services. Supervise and administer club policies as defined by management. Assist the General Manager of DBGC in fine‑tuning operational policies and procedures. Requirements Degree holder in Golf Management, Recreation & Leisure or Hospitality Management. Minimum 10 years of experience with at least 6 years at a management level. Knowledge of safety and security procedures and First Aid skills. Strong team‑building skills, with the ability to lead, cooperate and motivate staff. Excellent command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin. Holder of a driving licence preferred. Shift work on weekends and public holidays is required. Less experience will be considered as Associate Manager – Golf Operations. Working Location Discovery Bay. Benefits Five‑day work week.
