Building Services Manager

Oversee & manage all systems of building services, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing & drainage, fire services & data network. Plan, implement, and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance programs. Lead and supervise a team of technicians and external contractors, ensuring works meet professional and safety standards. Coordinate renovation and upgrading works in collaboration with consultants and vendors. Prepare budgets and tender documents, arrange and conduct tender interviews, manage procurement of parts/services and monitor expenditure. Prepare and present monthly progress reports regarding all building services systems for management’s review, comment & follow‑up proposals. Tour around club buildings to identify potential maintenance problems, provide professional technical advice to management and ensure high service reliability. Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and maintain all essential documentation. Qualifications & Requirements Degree in Building Services Engineering, Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent. At least 10 years of relevant experience, with 5 years at managerial level, ideally in hospitality or clubhouse facilities. Sound knowledge of local building regulations, compliance codes and energy management. Strong leadership, organization and problem‑solving skills. Proficient in MS Office and facility management systems. Knowledge of AutoCAD an advantage.
