Marketing Manager – Securities Trading Platform

Our client is a licensed financial institution with a strong presence indomestic trading platform. They are seeking a Marketing Manager to accelerate brand growth, strengthen client acquisition, and support business expansion. This role is ideal for professionals with securities trading platform experience, combined with a background in business development and sales team management. Key Responsibilities Drive marketing initiatives across branding, campaigns, and client engagement. Design and implement marketing programs that directly support revenue growth. Manage the full marketing funnel — from lead generation to conversion — in close collaboration with sales and product teams. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and guide decision‑making. Monitor and optimize campaign performance, workflows, and reporting metrics. Partner with sales leadership to align marketing and business development strategies. Support and motivate sales teams through incentive programs and performance tracking. Lead a small team to enhance platform and application efficiency, ensuring a seamless client experience and operational effectiveness. Manage marketing budgets and ensure resources are used effectively. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Marketing, Business, or related fields. 4–6 years of experience in financial services or securities trading, with at least 3 years in marketing or business development. Strong background in securities trading platforms is highly preferred. Proven experience in business development and managing or supporting sales teams . Familiarity with performance tracking and data‑driven campaign optimization. Solid understanding of securities and futures markets. Demonstrated ability to deliver measurable business results. Experience in digital or cross‑border marketing is an advantage. Fluent Mandarin and strong English communication skills. Collaborative, hands‑on mindset with strong execution and problem‑solving skills.
