About the Job Our client is a licensed financial institution with a growing business across traditional finance and virtual assets. They are looking for a Marketing Director to lead their overall marketing and business development strategy. This role is responsible for driving brand awareness, client growth, and market expansion. Candidates with experience in digital asset trading or securities trading platforms are highly encouraged to apply. Key Responsibilities Lead the company’s marketing and business development strategy, covering branding, PR, campaigns, and client acquisition. Plan and execute annual marketing programs to support business growth and revenue targets. Manage the full marketing funnel—from lead generation to deal conversion—working closely with sales and product teams. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support business decisions. Handle public relations and crisis communications when needed. Set up and improve marketing workflows, performance tracking, and incentive systems. Manage budgets and ensure efficient use of marketing resources. Build and lead a small marketing team; provide training and support across departments. Requirements Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Marketing, Business, or related fields. At least 8 years of experience in financial services, securities, or virtual assets, including 5+ years in marketing or business development leadership. Background in digital asset trading or securities trading platforms is highly preferred. Experience with performance tracking or data‑driven campaign optimization is a plus. Solid understanding of securities, futures, and digital asset markets. Strong track record in team leadership and delivering business results. Experience in digital or cross‑border marketing is a plus. Fluent Mandarin and strong English communication skills. Strategic mindset with excellent collaboration and execution skills.
