Foreign asset management - Executive Assistant (up to 40K) Our client is an international asset management firm around the world. The firm operates with a collaborative team and maintains a flat organizational structure that encourages open communication and teamwork. In this role, you will provide secretarial support to a senior executive. The Role Provide comprehensive secretarial including preparation and processing of travel and expense reimbursements Arrange, coordinate and manage complex travel itineraries and meeting schedules Answer and screen all incoming calls with the highest degree of professionalism and discretion Maintain and update the firm's business contact database with accuracy and confidentiality Assist in the planning and execution of firm-wide events such as conferences, training sessions and retreats Oversee office management functions to ensure smooth and efficient operations Your Profile A proper University Degree holder is required. 5-10 years of relevant experience as an Executive Assistant to C‑suite executives Demonstrates a stable employment history Proficient in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). Excellent command of English and Mandarin; Cantonese is a plus. Proactive and mature with strong organizational and time management skills. Strong sense of ownership and responsibility. Ability to work well under pressure. Creative problem solver with strong multi-tasking and prioritization skills. High professional standard of integrity and confidentiality.
