As Surgical Sales Specialist, you will be part of a global leading eye care device company with complementary businesses in Surgical and Vision Care. You will professionally sell ophthalmic surgery related equipment and instruments. Responsibilities Responsible for promoting assigned products to Healthcare Professionals Maintain and develop relationships with Healthcare Professionals and provide necessary Operation Theatre support Explore and develop new business opportunities Execute sales plan and strategy, participate and conduct different level events & meetings Communicate with Healthcare Professionals about latest update of product, service and prices, events, etc. Investigate market intelligence; feedbacks; and suggestions To support marketing activities for IOL business development To support junior or newly joined sales team members for customer visit and sales daily operation work To support National Sales Manager to develop sales tactics, sales analysis and sales forecasting Skills And Experience Bachelor degree or above (preferable in Science related discipline) With relevant 1 year or above working experiences (preferable in medical device /pharm industry) With Operation Theatre sales experience preferred Good communication & interpersonal skill Will be considered as Surgical Sales Representative with less experience Alcon Careers — See your impact at alcon.com/careers Equal Opportunity Employer Alcon is an equal opportunity employer and participates in E-Verify.
