Overview Creative Designer is an in-house creative role within HK Express Brand team. As part of the Brand team, we are responsible in upholding branding integrity, ensuring brand tone and identity are creatively and consistently integrated into design, photography and videography content productions. We produce not just branding contents, we also support stakeholders in PR, marketing, operations and corporate teams for wider business needs. This role primarily focuses on creative design and ideation. Copywriting, AI or any other creative production ability is a plus The ideal candidate will have a strong acumen for evoking emotions through visual storytelling, paired with modern creativity. If you have a keen artistic sense and a passion for exploring innovative content formats, we want to hear from you Key Responsibilities Develop visually compelling designs for branding, marketing campaigns, events, social media, and promotional materials. Produce all promotional material design works from design to production. Stay updated on industry trends and explore new creative formats to enhance our visual storytelling. Participate in brainstorming sessions to contribute to content strategy and brand initiatives. Support in organizing and executing photo & video shoots, including logistics and location scouting. Qualification & Desirable Qualities Minimum 5 years’ relevant working experiences Proven experience as a creative designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work. Proficiency in photo editing software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop). Strong artistic sense and an eye for detail, composition, and lighting. and exploration, with an understanding of the travel industry. Copywriting, AI or any other creative production ability is a plus Proficient with traditional and modern equipment Solid knowledge of Photoshop, Capture One or other photography specific software Shooting, lighting and printing skills University degree holder in graphic design or any related disciplines; Strong knowledge of PC and MAC including Coreldraw, InDesign & Adobe Illustrator; Knowledge in web design etc.; Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with a collaborative mindset. Open-mindedness and willingness to experiment with new creative content formats. Cultural Sensitivity : Working in a diverse environment, he / she should possess cultural sensitivity and the ability to understand and respect different perspectives with a broad mindset.
