Our client is an expanding listed investment firm. To cope with their expansion, they are now looking for a potential incumbent with an attractive package for the captioned opening. Responsibilities Define strategic planning to drive the business of Corporate Finance with the objective to maximize company interest and investment returns, including but not limited to IPOs, mergers & acquisitions, corporate advisory and other fundraising activities Manage relevant activities to ensure compliance with SFC requirements, regulations and guidelines Build excellent partner relationships with stakeholders and relevant authorities to facilitate the implementation of investment projects Serve as a bridge to liaise with regulatory authorities and professional bodies to understand potential risks and market direction, thereby facilitating the formulation of business direction and decision-making Compile reports through a wide range of market research and prepare proposals to facilitate regulatory checks Qualifications Bachelor's degree holder in Economics, Finance or related discipline 10+ years of solid relevant experience in Corporate Finance and finance transaction activities (e.g. IPOs) Holder of unconditional license of Responsible Officer (Type 6) Detail‑oriented, proactive, able to work under pressure and independently Good in both written and spoken Chinese and English #J-18808-Ljbffr
