About the job: Titus is seeking a proactive and experienced Associate to join our growing in-house legal team. This role is best suited for someone with a solid background in commercial contracts, corporate litigation, and overall Company Law with an interest in Digital Assets and Regulatory work, who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment with varied legal matters. You’ll be responsible for advising on day-to-day legal issues, supporting dispute resolution, managing legal risks, and partnering with external counsel as needed. This is a great opportunity for someone who is commercially minded and looking to grow within a fintech or fast‑evolving business environment. Responsibilities: Provide legal advice on a range of corporate, commercial, and operational matters, balancing risk and business objectives. Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, including vendor agreements, service contracts, NDAs, and partnership documents. Support regulatory and compliance matters in collaboration with internal stakeholders and external advisors. Liaise with counsel to ensure efficient handling of legal matters and documentation. Monitor legal and regulatory developments relevant to the company’s business across various jurisdictions. Assist with internal governance, record‑keeping, and contract management processes. Provide general legal support to business teams on strategic initiatives, operational risks, and legal documentation. Manage and coordinate litigation, dispute resolution, and legal correspondence (e.g., demand letters, settlements, pre‑action strategies) as needed. Requirements: Degree in Law and qualified to practice in a common law jurisdiction. 2–6 years PQE, with a strong focus on corporate and commercial law. Experience in corporate litigation or dispute resolution is a plus. Ability to work independently on a broad range of legal issues and manage external counsel. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail. Strong sense of accountability, professionalism, and commercial judgment. Experience in Digital Assets is preferred but not required.
