Restructuring and Insolvency Senior Associate/Associate Position: Restructuring and Insolvency Senior Associate/Associate Company Overview: Hall Chadwick (HK) Limited is a leading independent advisory firm with a global presence. We specialize in providing high-quality services in forensic accounting, corporate advisory, restructuring, turnaround, and insolvency solutions. We are currently seeking an ambitious and qualified candidate to join our Hong Kong office as a Restructuring and Insolvency Senior Associate/Associate. Responsibilities Assist in the day-to-day administration of various compulsory and voluntary liquidations. Support bankruptcy, receivership, and restructuring engagements. Draft reports, correspondence, and other deliverables for clients. Contribute to the development of best practices. Participate in building and expanding client networks. Conduct investigative work aimed at asset recovery. Attend client meetings. Manage statutory and compliance matters related to insolvency. Work on and manage a variety of projects and engagements. Liaise with stakeholders, creditors, and other advisors. Travel to China and overseas may be required. Qualifications The successful candidate will have a solid understanding of financial accounting practices and demonstrate experience appropriate to the role, including: Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, Law, or a related business discipline (preferred). CA, CPA, or equivalent; consideration will also be given to part-qualified candidates, with support provided to complete the qualification process. 2+ years of relevant experience for the Senior Associate position. Strong business acumen and commercial awareness. Experience in cross-border matters is advantageous. Excellent problem-solving, multi-tasking, and organizational skills.
